Hi there! I’m Ezra Weinblatt, a seasoned commercial real estate advisor with two decades of experience.

 

I launched my own practice in 2024 after a successful career at CBRE, where I consistently ranked among the top performers and was honored as a top 20% global producer in 2019.

​

At CBRE, I gained invaluable experience collaborating with top brokers and clients, pursuing exciting opportunities, and delivering exceptional results. Before that, I served as one of the youngest Senior Vice Presidents at The Ezra Company in Washington, D.C.

​

Diversity, equality, and inclusion are core to my values. Growing up in a family dedicated to public service—my father was a Rabbi, and my mother was a child refugee from Iraq—I developed a strong work ethic grounded in integrity, fairness, and compassion.

Inspired by the Jewish principle of Tikkun Olam, or "repairing the world," I'm committed to making a positive impact through my work. My passion for advocacy stems from my humble beginnings and drives me to fight relentlessly for my clients' best interests.

I've successfully advised clients across industries, including institutional investors, consulting firms, technology, healthcare, nonprofits, media, marketing, finance, and legal.

​

Beyond my professional achievements, I'm deeply involved in the community. I actively organize and participate in charitable and philanthropic endeavors, leveraging my strong network to benefit my clients and community.

In 2010, I founded Capstone Collective, an exclusive event series that brings together top leaders for networking, learning, and growth. Through intimate dinners and parties, participants have found new board members, investors, mentors, and business opportunities.

​

I specialize in office leasing and sales negotiating a wide range of transactions from simple to complex deals, including facilitating a four party lease negotiation, investment sales, condo developments giving me a deep understanding of the local real estate market, the players and key factors driving decisions today.

​

Outside the office, I'm a husband, father of three, and an active community member. I love a wide range of activities, from Burning Man to golf, tennis to Phish, hiking, biking, cold plunging, and spending quality time with family and friends.
