I advise leading organizations on their real estate procurement, disposition, negotiation and search strategies. I have worked under the umbrella of one of the top local tenant only firms and the world's largest commercial real estate company. I gained valuable experience over the last two decades and am thrilled to share my knowledge with you.
Events
I grew up in community and found that fulfillment and joy developing close relationships since I was a kid. I learn a lot and met so many interesting people including Governors, Senators and Congressmen, Ambassadors, CEOs of major companies, leading doctors, attorneys, research scientists authors and Rabbis.
My parents invited, and I got to know, along with my siblings, some really special people doing great things over Shabbat dinners and holiday meals. We talked business and politics and learned about the world and valuable stories, sometimes challenging my beliefs.
As I built my business, I found myself advising some of the very people I knew growing up and figured out that I could continue this legacy I inherited in my parents home. Inspired by Phil and Linda Lader's Renaissance Weekend and the Summit Series, founded by my good friends, I went off and started organizing large parties exclusive to tech ceos and their investors. This grew and sustained for over ten years and I developed partnerships with Cooley, Deloitte, Silicon Valley Bank, Ernst & Young, Schiff Hardin, DLA Piper, Bisnow, Washington Life, and many other organizations who all wanted to participate in our lively, never to be missed events. Overtime, I branded these events under the Capstone Collective name and spun off other series such as the Spark Series, a real estate focused lunch seminar for executives, as well as more casual dinners for c-suite leaders.
I enjoy gathering community and find that connecting high profile relationships is important to innovation, collaboration and healing.
Investing
I have had the benefit of meeting and building relationships with some of the top innovators and entrepreneurs in our region and the country through my tenant advisory work and event platform. This work has opened my up to valuable off private label investment opportunities. I bet on people I believe in and am happy to help make connections.
In addition to the company investments, I also spend time evaluating and investing in select real estate investment opportunities partnering with best in class teams to help evaluate and analyze investment opportunities.
